Notification on the acquisition of voting rights

On 10 February 2012 ANYKSCIU VYNAS AB received the notification of FR&R     
 Invest IGA S.A., Vytautas Junevičius and company group ALITA, AB on the        
 acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed - 95%, the reason 
 for crossing the threshold - purchase of shares of the company during the      
 implementation of the mandatory non-competitive tender offer to buy the        
 remaining voting shares in the company, executed by FR&R Invest IGA S.A.
