YIT CORPORATION HAS AGREED TO ISSUE A EUR 50 MILLION BOND

YIT Corporation has agreed to issue, under the company's program for issuance
of notes, a EUR 50 million bond targeted to domestic investors. The bond
matures on August 18, 2014 and carries a floating coupon of 3 months Euribor +
1.75 per cent per annum. 

YIT will apply for listing of the bond on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.

Danske Markets acts as the lead manager for the transaction.
