PROPOSED DIVIDEND FOR SELIGSON & CO OMX HELSINKI 25 EXCHANGE TRADED FUND

The Board of Seligson & Co Fund Management Plc has decided to propose to an
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on May 26, 2009,
that the dividend of Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund would
amount to approximately 0,79 euro per share. 

The exact dividend will be defined by the time of the Extraordinary General
Meeting according to the rules of the Fund. 

The record date for the dividend will be May 29, 2009 and the pay date will be
June 5, 2009.
