Notifications on the disposal and acquisition of voting rights

Sanitas AB received notifications of  Citigroup Venture Capital International
Jersey Limited and Baltic Pharma Limited on the disposal of voting rights. Both
notifications state that the crossed threshold was 20 %, the reason for
crossing the threshold - dissolution of the existing group of persons acting in
concert. 
Company also received notifications of Citigroup Venture Capital International
Jersey Limited and Baltic Pharma Limited on the acquisition of voting rights.
Both notifications state that the crossed threshold was 30 %, the reason for
crossing the threshold - acquisition of shares by Baltic Pharma Limited from
Invalda AB. 
Notification are attached thereto.
