NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR KAUKOMARKKINAT LTD

Jukka Nieminen, M.Sc. (Tech.), Managing Director of Kaukomarkkinat Ltd, part of
Aspo Group, has announced that he will resign from his position. Kimmo
Liukkonen, M.Sc. (Tech.) (age 49) has been appointed as the acting Managing
Director of Kaukomarkkinat Ltd until further notice. Kimmo Liukkonen is a board
member of Kaukomarkkinat Ltd. The recruitment process for a new Managing
Director has commenced.

Kimmo Liukkonen has solid experience in repair construction and automation of
real estate. He has served as director of YIT Kiinteistötekniikka Oy in
2003-2010 and has been the CEO of EMC Talotekniikka Oy during 2010-2014."We wish to thank Jukka for his contribution as the Managing Director of
Kaukomarkkinat. Under his leadership, we have been able to turn the
profitability of Kaukomarkkinat into an increase," says Aki Ojanen, CEO of Aspo
Plc and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kaukomarkkinat Ltd.
