YIT Corporation is holding its Annual General Meeting today, March 15, 2013; at
10:00 a.m. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Henrik Ehrnrooth will present
a review of the ongoing partial demerger and its progress. Following this the
President and CEO Juhani Pitkäkoski will present a review of recent events at
YIT, including YIT's Financial Statements for 2012 as well as the recent
developments of the Group. No essential new information will be published in
the reviews.
