Technopolis - Corporate Action

TECHNOPOLIS PLC'S SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Technopolis Plc's share capital increase of EUR 2,672,615.01 corresponding to
an offering of 1,581,429 new shares, has today been entered in the Finnish
Trade Register. 

After the increase, the company's registered and fully-paid share capital is
EUR 71,364,476.69, divided into 42,227,501 shares. 

The new shares corresponding to the increase in share capital will be entered
today in the book-entry account of the shareholders, in relation to the
acquisition of the shares of Kiinteistö Oy Innopoli II. Trading in the new
shares will commence on the official list of the OMX Nordic Exchange in
Helsinki together with the existing shares on or about August 21, 2007.
