DISCLOSURE UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT



GeoSentric Oyj has received a disclosure notice under chapter 2, section 9 of
the Securities Market Act regarding a change in holdings. 



Schroder Investment Management Limited (registered in the UK under the
registration number 1893220, “Schroders”) holds as an asset manager for its
clients GeoSentric Oyj's (the “Company”) shares and convertible notes. As
announced on October 24, 2011, The Company has received investment commitments
in a second tranche of the directed share offering (“GSOY Offering”) and has
resolved to issue total amount of 643,750,000 new shares at a subscription
price of €0.0004 per share raising a total amount of €257,500. Schroder, as an
asset manager to its clients, did not participate to the second tranche of GSOY
Offering. 



Schroder's clients holdings have been previously disclosed on October 17, 2011
by disclosure given under chapter 2, section 10 of the Securities Market Act.
Save for the Ansa Group, no Schroders client would hold (or could have held) no
changes in the shareholdings have been occurred as a result of the second
tranche of GSOY Offering requiring a disclosure notice under chapter 2, section
9 of the Securities Market Act. 



As the result of second tranche of GSOY Offering the threshold of Ansa Group
reduced below 3/20 holding 468,377,779 shares and votes corresponding to 13.53
% of the fully diluted shares and votes (previously informed 16.62 %). Ansa
Merchant Bank Ltd Nom 001, which is part of Ansa Group, holds after second
tranche of GSOY Offering 11.13% of shares and votes (previously informed
13,67%). 



In the event that all convertible notes 2008 would be converted into shares of
the Company, the combined holdings of all Schroders' clients of the fully
diluted shares and votes would amount, as previously disclosed, to 641.134.066
shares and would then correspond to 18.03 % of the fully diluted shares
compared to previously announced 22.01 %. In the event that all convertible
notes 2008 would be converted, the holdings of Ansa Group, 499.226.835 shares
and votes, would correspond to 14.04 % of the fully diluted shares and votes
(previously announced 17.14 %). After the conversion, the holdings of
404,617,403 shares by Ansa Merchant Bank Ltd Nom 001 would correspond to 11.38
% of the fully diluted shares and votes (previously announced 13.89 %) 



As of the date of this release the registered shares amount of GeoSentric Oyj
is 924,656,354 and share capital EUR 8,955,761.65.
