TECHNOPOLIS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH STOCKMANN ON OFFICE PREMISES AT NEVSKY CENTRE IN ST. PETERSBURG

Technopolis Plc has signed an agreement with Stockmann plc to
lease approximately 4,300 square meters of office premises in the
Nevsky Shopping Centre currently under construction in St.
Petersburg, for the purpose of subletting them to its customer
companies. Located in Nevski Prospekt in downtown St. Petersburg,
the shopping centre and offices will be completed in the spring of
2009.

Technopolis has already commenced operations in leased premises in
St. Petersburg, close to the Pulkovo Airport. Technopolis St.
Petersburg, a Technopolis subsidiary, has acquired a 4.6 hectare
plot in the same area to be developed into a technology park. The
total area of the Technopolis Pulkovo technology park is estimated
to be 50,000 square meters, and the company aims to acquire the
building permit for the first stage, totaling about 15,000 square
meters, by the turn of the year.
