Ukio Bankas AB - Notification on material event

Concerning the Bank of Lithuania permission to register the amendment of the Articles of AB Ukio bankas

AB Ukio bankas, with register code 112020136, address: 25 Maironio str.,
LT-44250 Kaunas. 

On 24 September 2010, the Board of the Bank of Lithuania gave permission to AB
Ukio bankas to register the amendments of the Articles of AB Ukio bankas,
related to the changes of voting rights and competence of the bodies of the
Bank, approved by ordinary general shareholders' meeting held on 26 March 2010.
Amendments were accomplished in order to harmonize Articles of AB Ukio bankas
with amendments of Republic of Lithuania Company Law. 

The authorizations to provide additional information are vested in Odeta
