Securities Markets Act, from Oras Invest Oy (business ID 1908260-8) on November
25, 2010.

Oras Invest Oy's holding in shares of Tikkurila Oyj will exceed the 3/20 (15%)
threshold due to trades made on November 25, 2010. The holding of Oras Invest Oy
in Tikkurila Oyj will amount to 7,383,404 shares, which corresponds to 16.74
percent of the total amount of shares and votes in Tikkurila Oyj.

The percentages of shares and voting rights have been calculated in proportion
to the total number of shares registered with the Trade Register and the total
number of voting rights related to them. The share capital of Tikkurila Oyj is
EUR 35,000,000.00 and it is divided into 44,108,252 shares. The Company has one
series of shares. Each share entitles to one voting right. Hence, the total
