Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from Bridgestone Corporation on
December 13, 2019, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter
9, Section 5. According to the announcement Bridgestone Corporation’s direct
holding in Nokian Tyres shares fell below the level of 5% of the share capital
in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on December 12,
2019. The direct shareholding was 4,167,653 shares, representing 3.00% of Nokian
Tyres’ 138,921,750 shares and voting rights.
