Regarding the second sale tender of block of shares of the Subsidiary

 The tender of the sale of block of 100 ordinary shares of UAB Pastatų
Priežiūros Paslaugos has not been held on 6 May 2013. In that case, the
administration of AB Kauno Energija, announced a second tender of sale of block
of 100 ordinary shares of UAB Pastatų Priežiūros Paslaugos (the nominal value
of the share is LTL 100), following a decision of the Management Board of AB
Kauno Energija, performing functions of the sole shareholder of UAB Pastatų
Priežiūros Paslaugos (company code300580563).
