Resolutions adopted by General Shareholders Meeting 


Shareholders of Public limited liability company SANITAS (hereinafter -
Company) became familiar with the Company's auditors report and consolidated
annual report for 2012 during the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on
30 April, 2013. 
General Shareholders Meeting approved Company‘s consolidated and separate
financial statements for 2012 and profit (loss) distribution for 2012.
