Kimmo Lautanen takes CEO responsibilites at Glaston until 1 September 2009      

Glaston Corporation's CFO Kimmo Lautanen takes CEO responsibilities for the     
company during 6 August-31 August,2009.                                         

Kimmo Lautanen (b. 1959) joined Glaston as CFO in 2007. Before that he worked at
Oy Hartwall Ab (in 2003-2007), as CFO and at Ciba Speciality Chemicals (in      
1996-2003), as CFO.                                                             


Glaston's new President and CEO Arto Metsänen will assume his new position on 1 
September 2009.
