Regarding Chairman of the Board elections

The decision of the meeting of the Board of AB Amber Grid (legal entity code
303090867, address Savanorių pr. 28, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter
the Company or Amber Grid) held on 9 July 2014: 

  -- To elect Board member Dr. Aleksandras Spruogis as the Chairman of the
     Company's Board.
