SOLTEQ PLC'S PROSPECTS FOR 2009

SOLTEQ PLC   STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN ON FEBRUARY 16th, 2009

The Board of Directors of Solteq Plc has commented the prospects of
2009 in its February meeting as earlier announced.

The operating result for the first quarter is estimated to be
negative because of the non-recurrent costs relating to the
terminations of employments.

The turnover for 2009 is estimated to decrease by 0-5 percent. The
estimated operating profit is 5-7 percent of turnover.
