The offers for acquisition of the Žalgiris Stadium and the surrounding parcels have been received

Šiauliai, Lithuania, 2015-02-02 08:09 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 

On January 30 Šiaulių bankas completed adoption of the binding offers with
respect to acquisition of the territory laying among Olimpiečių, Rinktinės and
Šeimyniškių streets in Vinius. The offers have been provided by the Lithuanian
companies and foreign capital undertakings. 

The analysis of the submitted offers can take several weeks which,
consequently, will result in negotiations with one or a few selected companies. 

Žalgiris stadium and other constructions of various purposes are located on the
territory of appr.8 ha owned by Šiaulių bankas‘ subsidiaries. Šiaulių bankas
took over these assets together with other part of the failed Ūkio bankas‘
assets.
