COMBINATION OF THE CURRENT SHARE CLASSES OF NORVESTIA OYJ HAS BEEN REGISTERED
TO THE TRADE REGISTER 

The amendment of the Articles of Association related to the combination of the
current share classes of Norvestia Oyj has been registered to the trade
register today on 22 June 2015. As informed before, the shares of Norvestia Oyj
will be converted in the book entry system as same class ordinary shares and
are to be quoted on the main list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy on 23 June 2015. In
connection with the quotation the trading code of Norvestia Oyj changes into
form NORVE.
