WAITROSE SIGNS MAJOR NEW CONTRACT WITH ALDATA


Waitrose has selected Aldata to be part of a major IT initiative
aimed at optimising replenishment and supplier ordering for its six
warehouses across the UK. Waitrose is part of the John Lewis
Partnership, one of the UK's largest retailers, and operates 217
supermarkets in the UK. Waitrose recently reported a 10.2 percent
increase in sales, making it the fastest growing of all the UK's
leading grocers.

The contract does not change the guidance on Aldata's full year
outlook provided with the Q2 results, but it does secure a part of
the outlook for the remainder of this year.

The licence revenue from this contract will be taken in Q4 and
services revenue from the contract will be spread over the remainder
of this year and next year due to the length of the project.
