CHANGE IN THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF SUOMINEN FLEXIBLES BUSINESS AREA

Mr Olli E. Juvonen (B Sc, Econ) has been appointed Vice President, General
Manager of the Flexibles business area and member of the Corporate Executive
Team in Suominen Corporation as of December 10, 2012. He will report to
President and CEO of Suominen Corporation, Mrs Nina Kopola. 

Mr Mikko Pellinen, who has acted as Vice President and General Manager of the
Flexibles business area since 2008, will continue as Business Development
Director at Suominen Corporation.
