Decisions by the Shareholders’ Meeting of the merged Ahlstrom Corporation

AHLSTROM-MUNKSJÖ OYJ, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE JUNE 6, 2017 at 13:15 CEST

The Shareholders’ Meeting of the merged Ahlstrom Corporation was held in
Helsinki today.

The Shareholders’ Meeting adopted the Financial Statements for 2016 and for the
period January 1-March 31, 2017 (Final Accounts). The Shareholders’ Meeting also
discharged Ahlstrom Corporation’s former members of the Board of Directors and
the President and CEO from liability.

Ahlstrom Corporation was merged into Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj on April 1, 2017.
