Grigiškės, AB has signed a contract with an audit company Ernst & Young Baltic,
UAB for the Company's and Group's annual financial statements audit for years
2010 and 2011. A sum payable for the audit services - 56.350 LTL (16.320 EUR)
(plus VAT) for a single financial year.
