Juozapavičiaus St. 13, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, data about the company
stored and safeguarded at the Legal Entity Registration Section of the Vilnius
Branch of the Register of Legal Entities, a State Enterprise) were registered
with the Register of Legal Entities. 

The company's Articles of Association have been amended pursuant to a decision
of the 24 June 2013 LITGRID AB annual general meeting of shareholders.
