- Notice of HFF Bond's Issuance

The Housing Financing Fund (HFF) published a reviewed forecast on HFF new
lending, issuance of bonds and payments on July 31, 2008. The forecast
revealed an estimated issuance of HFF bonds between ISK 14-16 billion in the
fourth quarter of 2008. The Fund has decided not to auction HFF bonds in the
fourth quarter. New forecast, for the year 2009, was published on December 19,
2008.
