Preliminary performance results of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB for the three month-period of 2013

              Unaudited consolidated sales revenue of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB for
the first quarter of 2013 is LTL 124,96 million ( EUR 36,19 million); compared
to the first quarter of 2012, sales increased by 7,4%. Unaudited consolidated
profit for the first quarter of 2013 is LTL 1,6 million ( EUR 0,46 million ); 
loss for the first quarter of 2012 is LTL million 1,1 (EUR 0,3 million).

financial statement of Žemaitijos Pienas, AB for the first three month of 2013
