Affecto Plc's shares subscribed with stock options

Between 15 June 2012 and 17 September 2012 a total of 4 100 shares have been
subscribed with the 2008B stock options (FI4000041512). As a result of the
share subscriptions, the number of Affecto's shares will increase to 21 531
068. 

The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on
28 September 2012. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 1
October 2012.
