PKC GROUP'S CO-DETERMINATION NEGOTIATIONS IN RAAHE HAVE ENDED                   

PKC Group has today finalised the co-determination negotiations in its unit in  
Raahe for lay-offs due to weak demand of industrial electronics devices.        

As a result of the negotiations PKC Electronics shall lay-off 60 persons for an 
indefinite period. Lay-offs shall be carried out in phases by the end of        
December.
