HARRI OJALA APPOINTED PKC WIRING SYSTMES OY'S MANAGING DIRECTOR                 

M.Sc. (Eng.), MBA Harri Ojala (50) has been appointed PKC Wiring Systems Oy's   
managing director. As the managing director of the wiring harnesses business    
subgroup's parent company, Ojala shall have the overall responsibility for the  
group-wide wiring harnesses business. Ojala shall belong to the group's         
Executive Board in his new duties.                                              

Ojala has over 20 years experience in international business environment's      
management duties abroad, latest as Cargotec Corporation's Vice President -     
Supply Development and before that in several positions within Elcoteq and Kone.

Ojala shall start his duties on 1st of May 2010.                                

When Ojala starts in the group's Executive Board he shall be responsible for the
group's wiring harnesses business and, therefore, Jyri Kontio's, Vice President,
Wiring Harnesses, membership in the Executive Board shall end while his         
employment relationship continues.
