ELEKTROBIT CORPORATION'S  (EB)  DECOMSYS  SHARES  PURCHASE  HAS  BEEN
CLOSED

Elektrobit Corporation (EB) announced June 14, 2007 a share  purchase
agreement under the terms of which it shall purchase 100 per cent  of
the shares in  DECOMSYS Beteiligungs GmbH.  The transaction has  been
closed on June 29, 2007.
