HERTTAÄSSÄ FLAGS CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP
The company has received information to the effect that Oy Herttaässä
Ab's (business ID code 0761658-8) holding in Alma Media Oyj (business
ID code 1944757-4) is over 10 % due to a trade on 26 June 2007 as
forward contracts were exchanged to shares.

Pursuant to the Securities Act, Chapter 2, Section 10, the company
