Consti Group Plc has concluded a contract on the complete renovation of the
Hotel Scandic Marski

Consti Group Plc has concluded a contract on the complete renovation of the
Hotel Scandic Marski, located on Mannerheimintie in Helsinki, Finland.

The value of the contract is approximately EUR 26 million. The contract covers
the complete renovation of the hotel property and the construction of additional
floors on the Lönnrotinkatu side. The project has been commissioned by Valion
Eläkekassa.

Consti will begin work on the site in January 2018. The work will be conducted
under a fixed-price full contract (design-bid-build) that will also include the
replacement of technical building services systems. The project will further
strengthen Consti's position as a leading hotel and concept specialist.

After completion of the renovations by the summer of 2019, the renovated and
extended main building of Marski will have approximately 300 rooms and in total,
the hotel will have over 360 rooms. Total floor area of the building will be
approximately 20,000 m(2).

The hotel building was designed by architect Einari Teräsvirta and completed in
1961. It has been recognised as a building, which is a valuable part of the
cityscape. Located in Helsinki city centre, the Hotel Marski, a listed building,
is considered one of Teräsvirta's most significant works.

The project will significantly improve Consti's order book for 2018.
