Cargotec's year 2014 annual report and financial statements published

Cargotec Corporation's annual report 2014 and financial statements for the
accounting period 1 January-31 December 2014 have been published in English and
Finnish on the company's website at http://annualreport2014.cargotec.com.

The online annual report includes the financial statements, the Board of
Directors' report and the Auditors' report. At the download centre, ready-made
entities can be downloaded and tailored reports can be created. The online
annual report is responsive and usable also on mobile devices.

Cargotec has also published its corporate governance statement 2014. The
statement has been published separately from the Board of Directors' report and
is available on Cargotec's website at www.cargotec.com.

Cargotec's first sustainability report will be published in April 2015.
