DONE SOLUTIONS NOW REVENIO GROUP CORPORATION

The Annual General Meeting of Done Solutions Corporation held on April 15, 2009
resolved to change its company name. The new name of the company is Revenio
Group Oyj, Revenio Group Corporation in English. 

Olli-Pekka Salovaara, President and CEO of Revenio Group Corporation:

“The company's previous name ‘Done' was conceived and established during the
early part of the decade when the company operated in the IT sector under its
strategy of that time. The old name continues to be associated with the IT
focus of the company's early years although, for several years now, we have in
fact been a highly successful conglomerate. We believe that the new name better
reflects the company's current line of business based on the specialized
expertise and international business of companies active in a wide range of
industries.” 

The new company name has been entered in the Trade Register on this date and
the new corporate identity will be unveiled in the spring of 2009. This change
will not affect the company names of the Group's subsidiaries.
