RESTAMAX FINALISES THE ACQUISITION OF TUNTURIMAX

On 31 December 2014, Restamax Plc finalised the acquisition of Tunturimax, which
the company announced on 7 October 2014.

Based on Tunturimax Oy's interim financial statements published on 30 September
2014, the additional purchase price was set at EUR 48,937.17. The additional
purchase price will affect Restamax's cash flow for the fourth quarter of 2014.
