Notification on intent to submit official tender offer re shares of ANYKSCIU VYNAS AB

In the general meeting of shareholders of ANYKSCIU VYNAS AB (legal form: public 
 limited liability company, registered at Dariaus ir Girėno g. 8 LT-29131       
 Anykščiai, Lithuania, legal entity code 254111650, VAT code LT541116515,       
 register: Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, holder of   
 the registry: State enterprise Centre of Registries, having registered         
 authorized capital of EUR 5 800 000 EUR (20 000 000 LTL), hereinafter referred 
 to as the Issuer or the Company, which was convened on 22 April 2015, it was   
 decided to remove the Company's shares from AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock        
 exchange secondary list and to suspend public offer of Company's shares.       
 Company group ALITA AB (legal entity code 302444238) was approved as a person  
 submitting the official tender offer to buy the rest 577 659 ordinary          
 registered shares, ISIN code LT0000112773 of  ANYKSCIU VYNAS AB.               
To authorize the Director of the Company with a right of reauthorization, after 
 implementation of the tender offer to provide to the supervisory authority a   
 request and other documents necessary for the adoption of a decision re        
 termination to consider the Company as an issuer. To approve Company group     
 ALITA AB (legal entity code 302444238) as a person submitting the tender offer 
 to buy the Company's shares. For the Company's shares, which shall be obtained 
 during the official tender it is planned to pay in money.                      







On 31 March 2015 the notification of the board of the Company on intention to
remove the Company's shares from the trade in the regulated market and to
suspend public offer of shares was already announced.
