DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2010


Digia Plc will disclose its financial statement bulletin for year 2009 on
Thursday, 4 February 2010 at 9:00. 

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2010 as follows:
- Q1 Interim Report: Thursday 29 April 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
- Q2 Interim Report: Thursday 12 August 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
- Q3 Interim Report: Thursday 28 October 2010 at 9:00 a.m.

Digia plans to publish the annual report for year 2009 at week 6, 2010. 

Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2010 on Wednesday, 3 March
2010, in Helsinki starting at 10:00 a.m.
