TOKMANNI GROUP PROVIDES PRELIMINARY REVENUE INFORMATION

Tokmanni Group Corporation provides preliminary information on its fourth
quarter and full year 2017 revenue. According to its preliminary calculations,
Tokmanni’s last quarter revenue grew 4.4 % to approximately EUR 248.6 million
(238.1) and Like-for-Like revenue decreased by approximately -0.9 %. The Group’s
Like-for-Like revenue developed well in December but in October and November
Like-for-Like revenue decreased compared to the previous year and therefore the
last quarter’s Like-for-Like revenue development was slightly negative.
According to preliminary calculations full year revenue grew 2.7 % to
approximately EUR 796.6 million (775.8) and Like-for-Like revenue decreased by
approximately -1.3%. Reviewing Tokmanni’s half year Like-for-Like revenue
development it can be noted that during the first half revenue development was
-2.7 % and during the second half -0.2 % year on year. In 2017, Tokmanni opened
13 new stores whereas the average amount is approximately 5 new stores per year.
All numbers mentioned above are based on unaudited preliminary financial
information of the reporting period.

OUTLOOK FOR 2017 PUBLISHED IN CONNECTION WITH THE THIRD QUARTER BUSINESS REVIEW:

Tokmanni expects revenue growth for 2017 based on the revenue from new stores
opened in 2016 and 2017. Revenue of like-for-like stores is expected to remain
at the level of the previous year. Group profitability (comparable EBITDA%) is
expected to decrease from last year’s level.

PUBLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT RELEASE
Tokmanni will publish the 2017 Financial Statements release on Friday 9 February
2018. The 2017 Financial statements and sustainability report will be published
during week 8.
