Negotiation teams of Finnair and pilots agree on cost savings solution proposal - negotiation solution requires Finnair and SLL approvals

The negotiation teams have reached a solution proposal in the cost savings
negotiations in line with the Finnish Employment and Growth Pact between Finnair
and the Finnish Air Line Pilots' Association (SLL). This proposal still needs
approvals of both SLL and Finnair.

Finnair and SLL will disclose and comment the content of the contract proposal
in more detail later today.
