Share subscription schedule for 2010

PÖYRYPLC          Company Announcement 21 January 2010 at 3:30 p.m.

In 2010, the increases in the number of shares on the basis of subscriptions
made pursuant to Pöyry's stock option programme 2004 is planned to be carried
out as follows:

With the outstanding 2004A stock options, 296 376 shares can be subscribed for.
The subscription price is EUR 4.11. The subscription period ends on 31 March
2010.

With the outstanding 2004B stock options, 527 972 shares can be subscribed for.
The subscription price is EUR 4.85. The subscription period ends on 31 March
2011.

With the outstanding 2004C stock options, 880 000 shares can be subscribed for.
The subscription price is EUR 8.23. The subscription period ends on 31 March
2012.

All branch offices of Nordea Bank Finland Plc act as places for the share
subscription.

One (1) stock option entitles to subscription for four (4) shares in Pöyry PLC.
The shares subscribed for with the stock options will entitle their holder to
dividends and other rights conferred by the shares after the increase of the
share capital has been registered in the Trade Register.
