Alita AB - Notification on material event

Concerning the Project “Export Promotion of AB Alita and AB Anyksciu Vynas Apple Products and Research of New Opportunities”

AB Alita and AB Anyksciu Vynas are not going to buy up apples for production of
concentrated juice, dried pomace and  flavor in next several years. Besides
that, as a result of changed taxation policy (excise duty to alcoholic drinks
has been increased) the amount of sold fruit berry wine is declining. Because
of above mentioned reasons the Agreement Regarding the Termination of the
Financing and Administration Agreement of the Project “Export Promotion of AB
Alita and AB Anyksciu Vynas Apple Products and Research of New Opportunities”
has been signed.
