2015 the amended Articles of Association of AB SEB bankas were registered
within the Company Register. Newly elected additional members of the
Supervisory Council - Erkka Kristian Näsäkkälä ir Sussane Elizabeth Tamm,
commenced their activities from the registration day of the amended Articles of
Association of AB SEB bankas.
