Opinion of the Supervisory Board and Management Board of City Service SE about the submitted tender offer, aimed at delisting of shares of the company from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-12-21 16:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory
Board and Management Board of City Service SE, having familiarised with the
material of the tender offer, aimed at delisting of shares of City Service SE
from trading on AB Nasdaq Vilnius (former name AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius),
