OP-prime Down                                                                   

On 1 September 2009, OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative's Executive Board     
decided to reduce OP-Pohjola Group's OP-prime reference rate from 1.90 per cent 
to 1.70 per cent, effective as of 15 September 2009. The decision is based on   
falling market interest rates. The prime rate was last revised in July 2009.
