Postponed hearing

The hearing regarding the debt of Macro Investment UAB to Panevėžio statybos
trestas AB was postponed to finalise the dispute in reaching a peace agreement.
The possible terms of such agreement are currently under discussions. The date
of such possible agreement is scheduled for the end of May.
