TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

S. Markūnas will leave his position of Director of Baltic Data Center on the 4th of May

Saulius Markūnas, Director of UAB Baltic Data Center, a subsidiary of TEO LT,
AB, has decided to leave this position from 4 May 2012 and to withdraw from TEO
Group. Baltic Data Center will be temporarily headed by Vakaris Stakauskas,
Service Delivery Unit Manager. 

Baltic Data Center intends to seek a new Director through a tender process."The company's team, led by S. Markūnas since 2007, has managed to demonstrate
excellent performance and to implement many business tasks. The company is a
solid leader in data centre and information systems management in the Baltic
States. Therefore, enormously interesting work and a lot of challenges lie in
store for the new Director of the company not only in maintaining the company's
position, but also in continuing to expand the range of its services and
strengthening its positions in Lithuania and abroad", - Darius Didžgalvis,
Chairman of the Board of Baltic Data Center, said. 

At the end of 2011 UAB Baltic Data Center Group, to which also belongs UAB
Hostex, one of the largest web hosting companies in Lithuania, employed 229
technology specialists. The company owns seven modern data centers, which meet
the highest requirements of security, and its services are trusted and used by
many Lithuanian and foreign companies.
