Gubernija AB - Notification on material event

AB GUBERNIJA shares acquirements

On August 27, 2008 AB GUBERNIJA received a notice informing that persons acting
in conjunction: UAB „Linos namai“, Javelin Finance, Romualdas Dunauskas,
Violeta Dunauskienė and Lina Dunauskaitė acquired 1 074 158 ordinary registered
shares of AB GUBERNIJA on  August 26, 2008. These extra shares grant 4,33 %
votes in the meetings of shareholders. The group owns 10 058 667 of ordinary
registered shares which provide 40,5% of votes in AB GUBERNIJA General Meeting. 

The group informed planning to transfer these AB GUBERNIJA ordinary registered
shares which exceed quotas of 40% votes.
