Change in the reporting of The Capital Group Companies' holdings - a
notification under Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Securities Market Act 

Uponor Corporation has received a notification referred to in Chapter 2,
Section 9 of the Securities Market Act from The Capital Group Companies, Inc.,
in a letter dated 4 September 2012. According to the notification, as a result
of the corporate re-organisation effective 1 September 2012, the disaggregation
exemption granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority no longer
applies, and Capital Research and Management Company and Capital Group
International Inc. will no longer report relevant holdings separately. The
holdings under management will be reported in aggregate by the group's parent
company, The Capital Group Companies Inc. 

According to the notification, the total holding and voting power of The
Capital Group Companies Inc. in Uponor Corporation amounted to 8.8508% after
the change in holdings reporting on 3 September 2012.
