Talentum Oyj has been informed by Oy Herttaässä Ab on November 28, that its
holding in Talentum Oyj's shares and votes has fallen below one tenth (10%) by
a transaction on November 25, 2011. 

With reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets
