Regarding AB " Lietuvos jūrų laivininkystė" dividends payment for 2007 year

The Board of AB"Lietuvos jūrų laivininkyste" in the draft of resolution about
profit distribution published on 2008-04-18 has proposed 2,5%of the profit
available for distribution in 2007 year (997916 LTL - 289016 eur)for payment of
dividends.The Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2008-04-24 by its decision
Nr. 377 has authorized a representative of Ministry of Transport (56,66 per
cent of shares) to propose 1,25% of the profit available for distribution in
2007 year( 498958 LTL - 144508 EUR)for dividends payment and vote during the
shareholders meeting on 2008-04-28. Dividend payment LTL 0,0025 ( EUR 0,0007)
per share.
